We were about to spend a good chunk of money and after placing our order, the clerk asked the manager how to use our free mcafe app coupon, and the manager rudely stated they did not have the scanner, so would not honor the coupon. I have experienced this one other time in KC, and the manager graciously honored the coupon anyway, giving us the deal. I would never patron a business so clueless of simple customer service options.January 10, 2017
